We created a series of interactive sessions, based around an innovative ‘superhero’ creative’, to spice up a three week long induction programme for call-centre staff in a major UK bank. The sessions used a range of engaging ideas – from playing cards to comic book strips to short interactive eLearning modules - to highlight the importance of keeping the customer at the forefront of every interaction.
