Account Director / Group Account Director
Flexibility:
Hybrid role, with a min. 3 days in the office per week (9am-5.30pm), with working from anywhere opportunities to extend travel.

Based at 1-2 Sciennes Gardens, EH9 1NR, we are in the bustling heart of Edinburgh near the Meadows.
The role:

We are currently on the hunt for an experienced and passionate Account Director or Group Account Director who strives for excellence to join us on our journey. At the heart of this role is enhancing our client experiences, driving the growth of our key accounts and leading one of our ‘Account Groups’ of two Senior Account Managers and an Account Manager. This is a leadership role, working closely with the Client Services Director to achieve our quarterly objectives and set the standard of best practice across the agency, leading by example and exploring/executing ways we can strengthen and evolve agencywide. This role is central to the success of our business.
Core roles and responsibilities include:
- Lead the agency’s high-profile clients, ensuring we meet their strategic objectives and offer the highest level of service.
- Manage and mentor a team of passionate Account Managers, supporting them in enhancing their performance and achieving their career goals.
- Develop Account Plans and growth strategies.
- Brand guardianship, ensuring all our outputs deliver to the essence of the brands we work with.
- Devise robust project plans across large-scale projects that allow for world-class creative, optimal results and commercial success for both our clients and the agency.
- Oversee the financial forecast, achieving quarterly sales targets set for your Account Group.
Key requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Account Director role is preferred. We’re looking for Client Service leads at the top of their game, with a track record of successfully growing accounts, delivering successful ATL campaigns and building world-class brands. You must be multi-disciplined, with experience of creating and implementing project plans across web, digital media, strategy, brand development, brand activations, shopper and advertising campaigns.
It is essential that you are someone who can command a room, lead teams, capture the hearts of our clients and build a platform for creativity to thrive.
Salary:
From £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
